I married Rhys 6 years ago when we lived by the sea. We are completely different and it works (most of the time!). He is quiet and funny, he has managed to keep his childish creativity and sense of fun, he's handsome and kind. I'm a nurse, i work nights and spend alot of time wondering what day it is. I like to spend as much time outside as possible whatever the weather. We spend as much time as we can by the sea, we don't live near it anymore and miss it daily, and we hope to wake up to salty air everyday sometime in the future.
Add into the mix a very lively three and a half year old boy, who is utterly sensitive, an absolute clown, and provides us with the opportunity to get wild and silly several times a day(whatever the situation!). He is very quick to laugh or cry, he loves to be outside too. He's already an expert BMX rider, we spend alot of weekends up at the park as it has a bike jumps area that Jake loves. It rattles my nerves and i have to remember being fearless and young. His arrival and existence in our lives has taught me so much about life, love, who i really am (and had no idea) and who i want to be.
I love to spend my time sewing, knitting, crocheting(badly), reading, gardening, walking, doing yoga, mostly all when jake is in bed. I plan to start my steiner teacher training in September 2011.
Thanks for visiting, it's nice to do this, it feels a bit indecent to read everyone else's blogs but not share anything in return.
